We do not bill by the hour or in 6 minute increments like traditional accounting firms, where the longer is spent on your job the bigger the bill. By fix pricing all fees up front it improves our efficiency and turnaround times as we are locked into a guaranteed fee that we have promised to you up front, eliminating any surprises to you our client.
• Our Corporate and Business Clients are all presented with a Fee Service Proposal when you become a client of our firm. Within that Fee Service Proposal are various levels of services and fee structures that you the client can choose from in regards to how you want us to work with you. We explain the various Fee Service Proposal options to you the client in detail so that you can make an informed decision as to what your requirements are. Once you the client signs up to your chosen Fee Service Proposal option you know up front what you are paying and you are guaranteed that the fee will not increase during the Service Fee Proposal period. Further, to help you the client with your cashflow demands we invoice these fees on a quarterly basis instead of giving you one big bill at the end of the year like other traditional accounting firms do.
• We also offer a Premium Service for our Corporate and Business Clients who choose to work with us in this way. This Premium Service level is only available to a limited number of Corporate and Business Clients so that we can ensure you get the attention and service levels that comes with this style of service. • The principal of MTK, Michael Kuster, works with five clients at a time in a one to one coaching program focused on accelerating the achievement of business and personal goals. Please contact us for more details on these services.
• You deal only with fully qualified experienced staff and won’t be passed off to any junior team members.
